Initiating Your Return

Locate the order you wish to return within your order history. Click the “Return” button associated with that order. This generates a prepaid shipping label. Carefully repackage your items. Include all original packaging if possible. Attach the prepaid shipping label securely to the package. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; find the nearest location on our website’s shipping partner page.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is completed and your refund is issued.

Return Policy Details

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We offer a full refund for unopened and undamaged products. Damaged items may be subject to a partial refund. Shipping costs for returns are covered by SecureTabs. For faulty items, contact our customer support team at support@securetabs. com for instructions. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

Tracking Your Return

Track your return shipment using the tracking number provided in your return confirmation email. This number can also be found in your SecureTabs account history.
